Morph bench seating specified for Sweat Union Fitness Gyms

Contemporary Morph seating from the GeoMet collection has been installed into Sweat! a fresh new chain of gyms.

The beautifully-rounded and 'chunk-like' seating was specified for Sweat!'s latest gym outlet in Chelmsford.

Specified for design and colour

Involved in the design for the new Sweat! gyms was Helen Saville, Designer, WDL Interior Architects.

Here she describes why Morph was such an excellent choice -

"We wanted to inject some fun and colour into the scheme and Morph was ideal. Morph is a twist on traditional bench seating, which met our brief perfectly and had a very practical application. The seating is very durable and easy to maintain, so we thought it would be a very good option for our client."

Customers love Morph seats

Sweat! gyms are light, bright and airy with plenty of room for members to have lots of space during their workout. The gyms are also designed to be colourful locations to uplift a member's mood.

The company was founded by Frank Reed who was the founder of Livingwell, Virgin Active, which he took around the world, before starting Virgin Pulse, a health tracking and rewards business in the USA.

He explains -

Sweat! fitness clubs

Sweat is a low-cost gym movement with five clubs in Birmingham, Sheffield, Glasgow, Manchester and Chelmsford.

The company has ambitious growth plans and expects to double in size during 2018 and will be launching a new initiative next year with three clubs in stores of Debenhams.
