Our contracts team at Sui Generis recently completed the installation of riser flooring at a new high-rise student accommodation building in the City of Manchester.

The building is 14 storeys high with two cores providing a central riser and a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) riser.

The work was allocated to a dedicated two-man riser installation team and completed within 30 days.
