Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering excellence through stringent quality assurance practices. Our dedication to maintaining exceptional standards ensures every FRP composite solution we create meets both rigorous industry benchmarks and bespoke client requirements.

With comprehensive certifications, meticulous inspection protocols, and continuous improvement embedded in our processes, we offer customers complete confidence in the reliability, durability, and sustainability of our products.

ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

Quality assurance is obviously of paramount importance to any client when entrusting their work with us and the biggest testimony to our high quality standards is that over 90% of our current business is from returning customers who have witnessed our high quality and health and safety standards at first hand.

Stringent quality control

Having first achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in 2002 our Quality Management System and associated procedures are now firmly ingrained into our everyday practices, this combined with the fact that many of our site operatives have been with us for over a decade means that stringent quality control has become second nature to us

We value your feedback

Whilst we are currently accredited with ISO 9001 we do not allow for complacency to set in as we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement. This is why we invite all our clients to provide us with feedback of their own experience of working with Sui Generis by way of a ‘How did we do’ survey form following your experience with us.

Environment

Sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, energy-efficient manufacturing, and the careful management of waste and resources. By continually refining our processes and investing in sustainable innovations, we ensure that our FRP composite solutions not only meet the highest standards of quality but also actively contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future for our planet.

FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer)

FRP, also known as fibre reinforced polyme, is increasingly recognised by engineers and designers as a sustainable alternative to traditional materials like wood, steel, and concrete. Its lightweight yet robust composition significantly reduces reliance on finite natural resources, such as timber and iron ore, contributing to a lower environmental footprint.

Additionally, FRP products from Sui Generis require minimal maintenance, which helps to reduce ongoing costs and the environmental impact typically associated with refurbishing or replacing traditional materials. By choosing FRP, businesses can enhance sustainability, improve durability, and substantially reduce lifecycle maintenance demands.
