BEFORE

AFTER

1. Operatives assess the project to endorse previous decisions, prior to work commencement. Some abrasion and dampness noted.

2. Preparation on this occasion is mechanical using dust control equipment. Another project may demand etching or light abrasion. Our primers will even adhere to ceramic tiles.

3. Areas to be protected are masked to avoid unsightly drips and over-rolling.

4. All surfaces are dusted and primed with appropriate primer to ensure permanent adhesion of the treatment to follow.

5. Eroded areas are made good on a build up basis, prior to lining.

6. Where high impact resistance or lining strength is required the resins are reinforced with chopped strand mat.

7. When the major stages are complete the lining is sanded and made ready for the top coat.

8. The penultimate coat is a coloured resin wash. White is the most popular, but most BS4800 colours are available.

9. The resin wash is lightly sanded to remove any irregularities and in preparation for the top coat.

10. The final coat gives a ceramic like finish that is easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing and has caused minimal disruption to install.
