Made from tough, hard wearing and durable GRP with a gritted surface giving excellent slip resistancy.

GRP Open Mesh Grating is a versatile, reliable, high quality flooring and a credible alternative to steel mesh grating. With proven reliability in high traffic areas giving excellent slip resistancy it works equally well in all sorts of aggressive and corrosive environments and at extremes of temperature.

Very easy to install due to its relatively lightweight construction (circa half the weight of steel versions) and once in place, can simply be left and forgotten as there's no ongoing maintenance needed.

Open Mesh Grating

Sui Generis moulded fibreglass grating is formed using continuous interwoven glass fibres as reinforcement material and resin as the matrix with continuous solidification through a mould system.

The uniform construction provides excellent bi-directional mechanical properties.

Grating surface: anti-slip

Anti-slip gritted grating has quartz crystal bonded to the top surface ensuring an extremely durable and slip resistant surface. This type of grating has one of the highest degrees of slip resistance measured for a walking surface.

All grating products listed have a Type O - Orthophthalic Polyester resin finish.

Depending on the environment, resins such as orthophthalic polyester, isophthalic polyester, or vinylester may be used in the manufacture of our Grating.
